• We reserve the right to refuse an order without reason - in such cases pre-payments will be refunded in full.
• If the goods we supply are faulty or incorrect, we will arrange to replace them or rectify the problem - if we cannot reach an agreement, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund.
• If the goods we supply are wrong, but the fault lies with you, we may agree to replace them, but all shipping costs must be met by you.
• You must follow our returns procedure, which involves obtaining a Returns Number and making arrangements for the goods to be collected or returned.
• It is forbidden to copy, reproduce or transmit any of our courseware materials, without the express permission of the copyright holder.
• Courseware and all associated materials (workbooks, CDs, Floppy Disks and any other materials) are for the sole use of the customer named on the invoice. They are non-transferable.
• If you have any complaints about our products you should contact our customer services department who will deal with your complaint confidentially within 5 working days.
